Access rights to electronic resources
Jyväskylä University Library has acquired electronic resources (databases, e-journals & books, reference books) mainly via Finnish National Electronic Library (FinElib), but also as it's own acquisition. Staff and students can use e-resources from any computer connected to the University of Jyväskylä network. With JyU user identification staff and students also have remote access to resources from anywhere outside the University of Jyväskylä (home, abroad etc.). Outsiders of the University of Jyväskylä do not have remote access to the licensed electronic resources of Jyväskylä University Library.
All Library customers can use electronic resources on the work stations in Jyväskylä University Library.
Access rights are acquired to individual journals, databases of full text electronic journals, reference databases and full text databases, and electronic books. Resources are acquired by national consortiums of FinELib, the National Electronic Library, with national agreements and also by Jyväskylä University Library’s own acquisitions.
