#kirjojensuomi - Books tell the story of Finland

Collection exhibition 12 Jan - 30 March (2nd fl)

Book Finland is a large literature project of the 100th Anniversary of Finland. It will examine what kind of Finland is transmitted from fiction in a hundred years.

The multi-channel Book Finland set of the Finnish Broadcast Company YLE answers this question. It incites Finnish to read more fiction. Radio journalists Seppo Puttonen and Nadja Nowak chose one hundred books, one for each Indipendency year.

Almost all the titles can be read as e-books on the National Library of Finland online library. You can log in by your public library card or YLE ID and password.

In the lot there is also books that no longer exist. In our copyright collection is, of course, each opus, and they are now on display!
