Hold identifiers

The Library has started to use hold identifiers instead of customers’ names at the self-service shelf for reservations.

Each customer has been given an individual series of numbers according to which the reserved books can be found on the shelf. The Library has changed its policy to improve data protection.

You can see your individual hold identifier on the notice of arrival. You can also check the identifier in JYKDOK under Profile.

If you have ordered material from the collection centre in Kanavuori, you can pick them up at the Library service point during service hours.

If you cannot find your reservation, please ask for help at the service point!
